Mind, Body & Soul

When I photographing during yoga classes, I felt the room to rise in temperature. OH NO! I thought, my lenses are going to get foggy... QUICK let the lens adjust to the temperature. I felt like I was working out holding the camera and taking picture while I was dripping sweat from the hot classes, but I loved it. I would definitely do it again!

Amanda Sharrai from Adrian, Michigan instructs her class the Virabhadrasana (warrior I) pose at Inhale Yoga Studio in Athens, Ohio on Thursday, September 21, 2011.
