Hampton Roads have been humid for several weeks before July rolled around. The day of the photo-shoot at the Botanical Gardens, the birds were singing and the air was absolutely beautiful. The weather made photographing Shirley Corpuz smooth and enjoyable. Shirley is a type a person you need in your gang if you want to have a good time. She makes you laugh and has a light hearted personality. Look out for her, she is going to rule the world with her energetic personality. 

Despite the scorching high temperatures and humid conditions, the sunset came down just right on Roy and Mary Ann beach getaway wedding. Roy and Mary Ann were delightful characters to photograph before, during and after the wedding. The wedding was very intimate with the closest friends and family. Cheers to the new couple and soon to be parents! Hopefully we will see a new set to this life series.

I had the opportunity to hear Paula Scher talk at the Roper Theater. Her style and character has earned her in the rightful place of greatness in the design world. To sum up her lecture in a few words would have to be no fear. To view more photos from this event go to flickr.

Winter is over and it's time for summer!

This blue icy photo was taken in front of my house in the streets. The gutters was surrounded with a thin layer of ice.  Air bubbles appeared over time as the ice started to melt.
