It's always fun to check out events for the Daily Press. The more events I do, the better I get at interacting with people and getting the right angle for the story. My favorites are those quiet moments that not many see.
This is one of my last shots I made during the fireworks. It's great to see young women in these roles. I saw someone on Facebook comments talk about how wrong this photos looked. I comment to Colonial Williamsburg.
