I was looking forward to edit my videos from the Can-Am Police-Fire Games. I had great shots from Judo and archery. When I was coming down a steep slope, I saw trailer on it's side. This can't be good, I said to myself.

I parked my car at a near gas station and walked across the to the truck. Then, I saw a man stuck in the tractor-trailer. I knew it from that time, I had to take over as a photographer.

The driver of the tractor-trailer lost control of the breaks. Turned to sudden that hit five cars in the process.

Luckily, no one was seriously injured from the crash. I hope and I prayed I would never see a dead body. The firefighter did use the Jaws of Life, but the person was OK.

I am lucky I also had my camera with me that day. No dead batteries or not enough memory on card. I was there at the right time. When it happens - it happens.
